Creating Tours Throughout Wine Country

While Lahni handles reservations, Ralph either drives the tours for up six guests in our Lincoln Navigator. He also leads the tour for groups up to fifty. Ralph does the story telling and team building seminars while Lahni manages the media technology and book sales. Together we plan itineraries and lead groups for up to fifty guests. We were only supposed to do the tour business for a couple of years while we wrote our first book about the area, but then we enjoyed touring with clients, and 2025 is our 20th season of touring in the North Bay. We are licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission, TCP#31301 and commercially insured.
Our tours focus on wine, food, education and stories and getting you there safely. This area has spectacular views, beautiful gardens, art collections, farm to table meals and great gift shops. But the tours are built around your interests. Tours normally include two to three wineries with lunch in the middle. Since most wineries require appointments we prefer to make the schedule, so the day flows gracefully. Do you have favorites, or do you want our suggestions? How to Book a Tour

Our rate for our Lincoln Navigator is $95 per hour plus a 20% fuel & service charge. Gratuity is at your discretion. Tasting fees and lunch are not included. We have no hourly minimum, but, we only do wine tours, which means at least two winery appointments, and lunch in the middle. We are located five minutes from downtown Napa, ten minutes from Yountville and twenty minutes from downtown Sonoma. When it relates to billing, your lodging in those locations is your 'Door'. If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at a different location, we bill for the driving time to or from your 'Door' (Lodging). Also, for pick up locations outside those three areas, we may add travel time. We do not pickup in San Francisco.
