Samples of the Video Work of Ralph & Lahni DeAmicis
Dear Liz and Colleagues,
We've been producing TV shows on locations around the valley at Napa TV since 2012 including our popular Wine Country at Work. We've also produced numerous shows for local non profits including the Arts Council, the Historical Society, the Center for Spiritual Living, Enchanted Hills, Napa Valley College, the Napa Valley Film Festival and Streamfest to name a few. We have also produced countless PSA clips for organizations. Most of these shows are done using natural light for the comfort of the interviewees, but we have high quality lighting for when it needed. Our focus is story telling, because that is what touches people, and that is what they remember. I have included a few samples here.
I am estimating that I will spend about five to six hours on site on the day of the experience. I will set up an interview area, with lighting and a high quality microphone, to get participants thoughts about the organization, its mission and why it matters to them. I will also get video of the experience, to provide an overview of the effort and scope of the project. Five to six hours in the field equals the same amount of time in the studio editing and creating a narrative. Once the longer first draft is done, I will deliver it for review, so your team can make suggestions and highlight parts as essential. At that point we may want to record some voice over for the intro and exit. Between that and completing the final video will be another two to four hours. So depending on how many changes your team requires, how slick you want it, and the length, it will take between twelve and sixteen hours. We charge $100 per hour, so between $1200.00 and $1600.00. Please let me know your questions. You can reach me at ralphdeamicis@gmail.com, or call me at 707-235-2364. Thank you for the opportunity. Ralph DeAmicis

Napa Hotel History
LONG VERSION: This is from Don Winter’s presentation for the Napa Valley Historical Society about the many hot spring spas established in Napa in the 1800’s. It forms some of the research material for the documentary we are working on of the same name. This lighting conditions on this shoot were horrific, but we were able to save it in the editing process.
