The physical arrangement of the workplace is the most overlooked factor for improving performance and satisfaction. We’ve consulted with thousands of clients and found a very small percentage who ‘get it’ naturally, and they are the people behind the biggest desks. In today’s modern workplace there are five features that a person should actively control to optimize their performance and protect their health. We cover those in every speech.
